Sub Function: Print W-2 Forms
Description:   After entering the destination printer for printing the W-2's, the message, "Passed USING item (#1) smaller than corresponding LINKAGE item" is displayed and the W-2's do not print.

Source dealers:  Please note that the v11.1 source code is correct, and does not contain this problem.  No source code change is required for this fix.

Sub Function: Print W-2 Forms
Description:   This problem affects only those people using either the multi-city or multi-state options of the Payroll package. The error caused the W-2 print program to loop when an employee was involved with three or more jurisdictions.   I.E. was reporting for more than three cities and/or states. Paper W-2's for single jurisdictions and all magnetic media are unaffected - this is true for running the Federal and State portions either separately or combined.

Description:   When printing either the single or double form type and you enter a "Starting control number" that is an even number, the program does not print the last W-2 if there is only one W-2 on the last page.

Description:   Provide an option to be run by Check date so that reconciling to the G/L can be done more easily. The report can be used for making the correct contributions when due by the employer.

Description:   Provide an option to print payroll checks without the Social Security number printing on the stub.  This may be required because of new privacy policies and regulations.  

Setup Note: There is a new field "46. Inc. Soc sec # on check" in the Payroll Control information for the setup of this feature. If you choose to not to print the Social Security number, set the control file field to N. Otherwise, set it to Y.

Description:   When entering extended data and the there is a numeric field following by a non-numeric, then numeric data is being echoed into the non-numeric field and wiping out the data that was there. A non-numeric data message displays at the bottom of the screen
