Statement Printing

Fix number: 1407

Release Date:  01/10/06

Release Version:  N/A

Operating System affected:  All

Function: Customers, reports

Sub Function: Statements
Description: This procedure applies if a single statement is not printing or when printing statements for multiple customers, the data for the second statement is printing on the bottom of the first page and so on.

Make this change only if:

  • Printing through a company information LASER printer and your statement format is 51 or 59 lines (from the PBS menu go to Statement formats > General appearance, field 1. # of rows on the page, to determine the current setting)

DO NOT make this change if:

  • You are using a dot-matrix printer

  • Windows printer for printing statements

Procedure:

1. From the PBS menu, select Statement formats > General appearance

2. Then select your statement format number and then <Enter> to go to the second page. Note the settings for the fields.

3. Select field 1 and change it from 51 to 66 lines. (if it is already 66 lines, then no change is required and you are ready to print statements.) Select <Enter> through the other fields.

4. Select enter and you will be back to the PBS menu.

5. Select Statement formats > Verify

6. Enter your statement number.

7. Send the verification report to your printer of choice. The report may have warnings, but there should be no errors. If there are errors, you must correct them before you can continue.

That is all. Now you are ready to print your statements.
