File: POPFIL.DAT, POPFIL.vix

Function: Lookups
Description:   The Lookups are not functioning after a new installation in UNIX and Linux because the POPFIL file is not in the SYKIT.TAR.

This has very little effect on a PUP install because the POPFIL file already exits on the system and there are only minor corrections in the 11.3 POPFIL file.

The POPFIL.DAT and POPFIL.vix are not included in the Windows download as this is a large file that takes extra time to download and it is not missing for the Windows install. Therefore the Windows download will remain at 11.3.2.
