Description: When updating from Version 11.2
to 11.3, a directory information warning displays. Part of
the warning indicates "Also, do NOT attempt an install/update
on a prior release of PBS Version 11.2 or earlier." But instead
this warning should state "Also, do NOT attempt an install/update
on a release prior to PBS Version 11.2."
Therefore you can install
PBS Version 11.3 over Version 11.2.x.

Description: On page 6 of the v11-2PUP.pdf it
contains a procedural error in the instructions for accessing the
CD ROM full installation of PBS Version 11.2. Instead of clicking
on the buttons to access the installation, you must do the following:
When
you insert the Passport PBS CD into your CD-ROM drive, an auto-run
feature will start the installation software and bring you to the
Version 11.3 installation menu. Exit this install screen
and open Windows Explorer.
Navigate
to the following address on the CD ROM:
D:\svcpacks\11.2
Substitute
a different drive letter for your CD ROM if appropriate.
To
start the installation:
Double
click on setup.exe
After
you click on the program the install program you will have the following
questions and options.
