Function: Update non-standard paths for PBS data files.
Description:   If you install PBS 11.5 and you are using non-standard data paths the non-standard paths are being over-written with the standard paths.

This procedure requires that you manually install a program and possibly a file at a specific point in the installation.

0. Follow the instructions for entering the paths for new files as documented in the PBS 11.5 PUP doc (V11-5PUP.PDF).

1. Download the path fix zip (PBS11.5PathFix.zip) file and place it into the top level PBS directory. You may open the zip file but do NOT unzip it yet.

2. If you are using a standard path of RW00 (Company 00 only) you may skip this step. If your company 00 RW data directory has a non-standard path, you must also download and unzip this file now into the Company 00 RW directory.

3. Start the installation of PBS.

4. After copying in the PBS programs and files do NOT select OK when you get to the following message:

5. Unzip the PBS11.5PathFix.zip into the top-level PBS directory where you are doing the installation. It will install a program called IDXPTH.acu dated 08/29/07.

6. Now Select OK on the above message and finish the installation.

IF USING ONLY ONE COMPANY WITH COMPANY 00 IN THE MULTI-COMPANY FILE READ THIS

The installation of PBS 11.5 will lock up during the data conversion. The way to prevent this is:

1. Enter another company into the multi-company file

    a. Log into PBS

    b. Go to menu selection Ctl > Define multiple companies

    c. Enter a company. For example: Company XX

    d. Exit PBS

2. Follow the PBS installation instructions in V11-5PUP.PDF

3. Following the PBS installation, log back into PBS and delete Company XX. (note: you may leave this entry in the multi-company file. If you decide to add a module or re-install PBS 11.5 for any reason you will need it.)
